In my earlier blog I discussed what a mystery shopper is, and how you can make a career out of it.  You are probably wondering exactly how much money you can make mystery shopping.  Well, it all depends on your time and goals.  If you are looking for part-time cash,  then you can accept a few mystery shopping assignments here and there.   If you want to become a full-time mystery shopper, that is possible, and you can make a great living out of it.    

So just how much cash can you make?  Well I have been mystery shopping for about four months now.  My first month, I made $100.00 just by accepting and completing three mystery shopping assignments.  They were easy assignments, not time-consuming at all.  Of course, this won’t happen every month, but if you make sure to sign up with various reputable companies, you can average anywhere from 100.00 to 1000.00 dollars shopping part-time. 

The amount you make will greatly depend on the area which you live in, and the assignments available in that area.  Some areas are highly competitive because there are many mystery shoppers conducting assignments in that area.  Also, some companies may only have a few assignments in the area which you live in.  That is why it is best to sign up with multiple companies so your chances of receiving assignments are greater, therefore increasing your earning potential.

I have heard from other mystery shoppers around the world who have made mystery shopping a career.  These shoppers report earnings of $1000.00 to $6000.00 dollars a month doing it full-time.  Of course high earnings are a product of accepting a larger number of assignments.  If you want to make a career out of it, this is what you must do. 

Mystery shopping can be easy work, but it can also be strenuous.  You must be organized, and good with observing details and reporting those details in writing.  Though if these skills are second nature to you, you can make a great career out of it, and earn a substantial amount of money monthly.
